Carol is wonderfully supportive in the amount of support, resources and professional development she provides to her clinicians. There is a lovely warm feel to the workplace. Clinicians are very supportive of each other and continually aim to help each other with assessment ideas, resources and therapeutic approaches. I consider my colleagues not only as coworkers but as my friends as well. Working on the front desk I get to interact with all the beautiful families coming in to the clinic, and it is great to see the kids progress from being shy for their first appointment to coming in and wanting to show me their light up shoes, or the toy they brought with them before the clinician comes to get them.”

The speechies are supportive of one another, they share knowledge and resources, and they collaborate with one another. You definitely feel part of a team. The owners invest in their staff and want you to achieve your goals. You get to decide how much work you want to take on. The team environment makes going to work easy.”
