Working on the front desk I get to interact with all the beautiful families coming in to the clinic, and it is great to see the kids progress from being shy for their first appointment to coming in and wanting to show me their light up shoes, or the toy they brought with them before the clinician comes to get them.”

The speechies are supportive of one another, they share knowledge and resources, and they collaborate with one another. You definitely feel part of a team. The owners invest in their staff and want you to achieve your goals. You get to decide how much work you want to take on. The team environment makes going to work easy.”
