Bec is one of the fabulous clinicians in our Charlestown team. She graduated from the University of Newcastle, and has experience providing childhood assessment and therapy in clinical settings, schools, preschools, and in the home.

 Bec loves being a speech pathologist, and she is passionate about helping her clients to succeed and build confidence in their abilities. Bec strives to create therapies that are tailored to suit each individual child, that are evidence based, engaging, and most importantly fun! After working in a bookshop for many years, Bec is particularly enthusiastic about literacy, and encourages all parents to spend time in shared reading activities with their children.

 Bec is committed to continuing her professional development and has attended many workshops and conferences in the areas of language development, stuttering, speech sound disorders, literacy, and Autism. Bec is also committed to the ongoing development of others, and has spent time encouraging Speech Pathology students through a mentoring program. She is passionate about supporting speech pathology students to flourish into brilliant clinicians.
